YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT PUBLISH OR MAKE AVAILABLE ANY CONTENT THAT, OR USE THE TIMESAVED SERVICES IN A MANNER THAT: 

(a) violates any law, regulation or rule;

(b) constitutes an attempt to upload, collect, transmit, store, use or process, or to ask TimeSaved to obtain from third parties, any data: (i) that you do not have the lawful right to copy, transmit, distribute and display (including any data that would violate any confidentiality or fiduciary obligations); (ii) for which you do not have the consent or permission from the owner of any personal information contained therein; (iii) that infringes, misappropriates or otherwise violates any Intellectual Property or other proprietary rights of any third party; (iv) that is tortious, defamatory, obscene or offensive; or (v) that violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil or criminal liability;

(d) is harmful to minors in any way;

(e) is hateful or discriminatory, on any basis, including, but not limited to, based on race, color, sex, religion, nationality, ethnic or national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or age or is otherwise objectionable, as reasonably determined by TimeSaved; 

(f) impersonates any other person, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity, or to obtain unauthorized access to the TimeSaved Services, including, but not limited to, impersonating an employee of TimeSaved or any broker;

(g) that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the TimeSaved Services;

(h) uses any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; 

(i) licenses, sublicenses, sells, resells, rents, leases, transfers, assigns, distributes, attempts to create a time share or otherwise commercially exploits or makes the TimeSaved Services available to any third party;

(j) includes personal or identifying information about another person in a manner that employs misleading email or IP addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of content transmitted through the TimeSaved Services to users;

(k) constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation to users who have not expressly requested to be contacted for such purposes or is otherwise contrary to applicable law or regulations; 

(l) stalks or otherwise harasses anyone using the TimeSaved Services or with information obtained from the TimeSaved Services; 

(m) collects, uses or discloses data, including personal information, about users without their informed consent or for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law or regulations;

(n) attempts to gain unauthorized access to any TimeSaved Services or related systems or networks;

(o) probes, scans or attempts to penetrate or ascertain the security of the TimeSaved Services in any manner;

(p) transmits obscene, offensive, adult or pornographic content;

(q) copies, translates, creates derivative works from, reverse engineers, reverse assembles, disassembles, decompiles, modifies or adapts the TimeSaved Services or any part thereof or otherwise attempts to discover any source code of the TimeSaved Services;

(r) uses or accesses the TimeSaved Services for the purposes of competitive analysis of the TimeSaved Services, the development of a competing products or services or for any other purpose that is to TimeSaved’s commercial disadvantage; or 

(s) accesses the TimeSaved Services for the purposes of monitoring their availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.
