Our product journey
begins
After mass layoffs in the Canadian retail market, our founder Rohan created a company to transform the way people find work using technology.
Partnering with staffing
agencies
Instead of continuing to build our own two-sided labour marketplace, we began working with staffing agencies to solve their deployment problems.
Recognition from the
government
After early traction proved our product had the ability to secure employment for thousands of people, we received government funding to further our impact.
A renewed focus on
healthcare
Understanding the challenges and opportunities in healthcare staffing, we began to purpose-build a healthcare version of our product.
Official healthcare
launch
In July of 2021, we officially launched our healthcare product across agencies of all sizes and a variety of use cases and saw immediate impact.

After five years of building and delivering our solution to staffing agencies, we changed our name from TimeSaved to ActivateStaff.
